About
Rochester's Trusted Snow Removal Experts
Who We Are
Rochester-Born. Winter-Ready.
Roc City Land & Property Development was born right here in Rochester, New York — a city that knows a thing or two about winter. We started with a simple idea: property owners shouldn't have to worry about snow. Whether it's a homeowner who needs to get to work safely or a business that can't afford to close because of a parking lot buried in two feet of lake-effect snow, we've got you covered.
We've grown our operation to include commercial-grade skid steers, heavy plow trucks, and a dedicated crew of local professionals who take pride in their work. We treat every property like it's our own — showing up on time, working clean, and never cutting corners.
When you hire Roc City, you're hiring a team that lives in this community. We're your neighbors, and your safety matters to us — not just as a business, but personally.
